Land Registry Compliant Plans
We produce Land Registry Compliant Plans compliant with The Land Registration Act 2002, our plans are prepared strictly in accordance with HMLR Practice Guide 40 and BS 1192 Part 3 British Standard for Construction Drawing Practice Colourings and Markings on Land Registry Title Plans, and license fee paid, up to date scaled Ordnance Survey extracts.
Our service includes a meeting on site with an appropriate site survey by a staff surveyor, preparation of the plan, submitting a draft for approval when appropriate, delivering by E mail a PDF File, printing by plans plotter 5 original prints of the final plan in colour when requested, archiving and delivery.
We produce Lease Plans, Defined Boundary Plans, Estate and Freehold Title Plans.
Plans for Transfers of Part, Variation, Correction, First Registration, Response to HMLR Requisitions, Lost Documents, Plot sales, Development site assembly, Statutory Declarations, Security clarification, Development loan applications, Complicated Land, Registration Common Land, Party Wall and Contractual, for individual premises, portfolios, agricultural, commercial, residential, tenanted, owner occupied or vacant.
With permission we will liaise directly with HMLR at no additional cost in the event of a plans
based Requisition.
Our fee includes alterations to our plan not requiring a site visit enabling the plan to achieve
the same purpose as our original instructions irrespective of reason.
Our normal delivery time is 10 days from receiving instructions or better without additional charge if required, subject to access. Plans are dispatched by Royal Mail.
Our fees have proven competitive throughout the UK, surveys and plans being delivered on schedule by our appropriately qualified surveyors and draftsmen.
We provide a fixed total charge written quotation by E mail when provided with a site address and description of transaction.
Sight of existing plans and documents welcomed but not always required.
